Targeting with business data lists

Some would regard the communication generated from marketing with data lists as spam or junk mail. In reality a well targeted marketing campaign to businesses, with a distinct requirement for the services that are being marketed, is a positive initiative for both the marketer and prospect alike. It is interesting to note that many complaints about spam originate from individuals within organisations who themselves operate numerous marketing initiatives through the use of targeted data lists to drive new sales opportunities. Whilst most marketing initiatives generate the odd complaint, the most important aspect is that they are above board and generate new sales opportunities for the business.
